Default question on ASP.NET versions

I've got the ASP.NET 1.0 for VB.NET, and now I see that the 1.1 and 2.0 books are now available.

I hope my 1.0 book isn't obsolete already. What's the difference between 1.0, 1.1, and 2.0?

thanks,
Joe
