Default Effects of Browser Back Button

Hello forum,
I am developing a page in ASP.NET in which i want to detect the clicking of Browser's back button. On clicking of back button i want to change few of the contents of my previously viewed page. Is it feasible to do that? If yes how, if no why not?
Thank you

Prf
