Default IIS 5.0 MMC Snap In Problem
Hi,

I am running IIS 5.0 on Windows 2000. I'm having trouble running the IIS MMC snap in.

Firstly, when I ran InetMgr.exe it gave me an error message saying that the snap in could not initialize. Following advice I opened MMC and removed the IIS Snap In. This went without a hitch.

However, now whenever i run InetMgr.exe I no longer get the error message, but instead the console comes up headed "Internet Information Server" but with nothing in it.

Other info: i am running the InetMgr.exe from under Winnt/system32/inetsvr.

any clues
