Default VB. NET MS Access 2003 OLEDB connection

I'm linking a vb 2005 front end to an MS Access 2003 database and get an error sayying 'could not find installable ISAM', have tried downloading MDAC 2.8, also tried uninstalling+re-installing office 2003.

Anyone have similar experiences and a solution?

Thanks

Could you post an example of your connection string?
