Default ASP.NET Website Programming: Problem - Design - So

Hi ladies and gents. I am thinking of purchasing this book:-
http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTit...764543776.html (ASP.NET Website Programming: Problem - Design-soloution).

I just had a few questions.

1)I wanted to know does it use SQL server (as i have NEVEr used that)

2)Does it use Microsoft access 2003 databases (As this is what im after)

3)I am relativly new to coding well I think I am confident enough for this

4) If this book does NOT use Microsft Access, is there something similare you could reccomend that also teaches you on file uploading, forums/message boards and so on. Thanks.
