i got a problem

when i generate a crystal report using sql query the result is dispalyed
depending on the number of rows in the database i.e. if database contains 5 rows then result is displayed 5 times

the result should be displayed only once

are you using just a SELECT Statement? If you are, use SELECT DISTINCT this will give you a unique Result Set.

i executed the query in access separately it works fine there and returns only one row
but in .net it is returning more than one row
