Default Two TextBoxes

Hi All..

Well I have two TextBoxes one for Countries Listing and the others is for City Listing.

problem:

I want to select a country from the country's TextBox in the mean time i want to show the particular cities of that country in the City's TextBox.

How it will be possible

Sorry i am not able to tell you the whole scenario but i am pretty sure that you all will use your IQ to understand the complete scenario so that you will be able to sort out this tricky problem.

From a general point of view, you will have to submit the page once the Country has been selected and based on the country selected, fill the options for the City's text box on the server side.

A server-side function can be programmed to generate the HTML with the options for the city based on the selected country.

This is a fairly common feature of many developments and there should be plenty of examples in the web.

Greetings, Joel

Dropdownlists + AJAX = Good Solution. I do agree with Joe though, posting back and populating the second drop down is your best bet.

You can use two Dropdown list and AJAX technology. No otherway is not possible. Otherwise you will use the Infragistics grid.
