Default Session Hnadling in Asp.net

hi every one!
I m working on a web based application that must allo a single user to log in to it at at time for that purpose i have to restric other sessions in the presence of one that exist already. i have done alot in this regard but the problem is that [u]how do i raise the Session_end event explicitly .</u>
please help me in this regard ,
