Default ASP EMAIL

I am developing a website in ASP. once our customers complete their credit card information and everything is approved we would like them to receive a page that states an email is being sent to your account with instructions on how to receive your license file. Then the email would include a link to a .exe file or to another server that will have their license. Some what similar to what your site did when i registered. I realize this is prob a fairly simple process, but i am very new to ASP. Any information would be extremely helpful. Even if there is an off the shelf product that will help us accomplish this. Thank you.
