Ummm, your question isn't one thats easily answered. First I will answer your second question: Creating dynamic webpages is relatively straightforward but, by you simply asking that question, I am going to assume that you have absolutely no background in web development.

All of those pages will help you along. And to answer your first question, yes it is possible to use ASP to display dynamic images but I suggest that you get started on the above links before you get into dynamic images.

Im not sure what you mean by "link", you can execute the query and have the resultset sent to the page that is easy enough and as far as the website in reference, they are just dynamically creating an HTML table and placing img tags in the table cells that point to X image.

What you would do is return a result set of either locations of x images of the image data itself, loop through the result set and build your table.
