 Guy is any body having any idea about Ms Access to VB.net or ASP.net converter.. Iam Using MS Access 2003 Professional..

 Give me any idea

I dont understand what you mean? MS ACCESS to VB.NET? If you are talking about SQL syntax that wont change, you will just send those commands to the database...
