Hyperlinkfield

Hello

I am using a gridview (VS2005) with a hyperlinkfield when the user clicks on it they get taken to a separate web form for editing.
I need to change this so that if the value of a db field is a value then the user gets taken to one form if it is another value then taken them to a second form.

Do you know whether this is possible?????
