Default How to show gif image on mouseover event of button

Hello

I want to show gif image as popup messege on mouseover event of button. Is it posiable.Can any one help me.

By 'popup message' do you mean spawning a new window, the CSS Effect that when you roll over things a box appears or do you mean a tooltip? There are vast differeances in all of them.
