.mspx is extention for XML based web pages for more details u can check:

Does anyone know of any book or web site that talks about mspx files? I've googled this and haven't found anything specific. Many web sites that answer this question refer to a Microsoft web page that no longer exists, and even searching on the Microsoft web site doesn't turn up anything specific.
