I have a web site code on DotNetNuke 3.3.5
It can run at all of the localhost
But When I Upload my website in my host then It can't run
I don't know how to fix this Error
Please help me to fix this Error

This may not be the problem. Couldn't tell all that much from your error. But, I have gotten this error by not having the correct permissions on the folder on the server where the web site is. I'm not really great with permissions for .NET but you'll need ASPNET, ISUR_[machine name]. One way to troubleshoot this is to put Everyone in there with full control. If that doesn't work, then its probably something else.

I think you could turn on the customs errors in the config file and you'd see exactly what is going on.

Ok then it IS a permissions issue if it worked fine on your local box and then it failed to work on your web host. Call your host and have them readjust the permissions on the folder and, as rich said, the IUSR_[machinename] user should have the rights.
