Hi Preetham,
Whenever you download or copy a ASP.NET code. The steps you have to follow it in order to run in your local system is as follows

1.Go to IIS management console and create a virtual directory for the project you copied.
2.Make the virtual directory as a web application (Right click the virtual directory--> Properties-->Directory tab-->Application settings --> Click the create Button.)
3.Open the visual studio and open the project.
4. Now you should be able to view the source code and all the forms.

Hope this Helps!!!!!!!

Preet,
Click on Start-->Run-->then type-->Inetmgr then press enter you will get IIS Management console.
To create a Virtual directory:
Expand the website node--> Select the DefaultWebsite node --> Right click on it-->then select New-->Virtual directory and follow the instruction in the screen.

Hope this helps you!!!!!!!!
