how to read data from the cell of the gridview

I have a requirement like this, i have a gridview to which data from the database (sqlserver) has been assigned through coding, now the gridview is having 7 columns in total and 14 rows i want to read the data from the 10th row and 4th column of the gridview how to achieve this, plz send the reply as soon as possible, my mail id is [email protected]
