Default unable to view my website

HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

hi i'm a beginner and need almost step by step solution to my problem. my website has no errors and i have made it on microsoft visual studio 2008. please help

Are you sure you typed the URL of your website correctly?
Have you already uploaded your website to a webhosting site? or is it still in your local pc?
