Default problem with textchanged event

hi all,
i have read in one forum that:>
One way response to the Enter key is to put a method on the TextChanged event for the text control on the page;

when the textbox have already a text then>>>
but when pressing any other button in the form it execute the event of TextChanged for that textbox!!!!!!!!!!!

do any one have a sol.
