A 128 bit encryption login page

Hi all,

I am new to ASP.NET and it would be greatful if you guys can suggest me an idea and some links about creating a 128-bit encryption login in ASP.NET.

Also please suggest me some good links which has some working examples
for ASP.NET.

Preferrably,The username and password will have to be retreived from a database.
