Default Help me please !

I'm writing my first ASP.Net database using Microsoft Access
when i execute it I get the following error
The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file .mdb It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.
/index.aspx, line 16

could you tell me how to correct this error

This message will come if you have opened the Access Database window. If it is open, close it and try.

Another reason can be that you have not closed the connection in your application. So you will get this error the second time you run the application.
