My OS is Windows XP and Authentication in ASP.Net is "Forms".
While I transfer from SignIn.aspx
to SingUp.aspx (sample Application WebForm)
with Server.Transfer method and fill and Submit it,
The Application not transfer me to expected page.
It comeback to previous page(that is,SignIn.aspx)
plz,help me.

Can you show us your code?

Maybe SingUp.aspx is protected and not accessible by the user that is logging in? That would explain why you get redirected again to SignIn.aspx....
