Default asp.net combobox

i was looking for a combobox control in ASP.NET, which would allow me to manually type in data into it at runtime,
besides populating from the database or hard-coding in the design phase.
there are a couple of sites selling such components, but i'm sure that i could get the code from somewhere.

thanks a lot for going through my requirement.
Please help.
