Default UserControl of One Project in Other Project

Hi All,
Posting after a long time.
I have a query. I am using C# & .NET 1.1.
The query is, I have a project say Employees & second project say EmployeeAttendance.
Now under Employees Project, I have an usercontrol, which i want to use as it is in EmployeeAttendance Project.

Please help me out with this query. If anybody has doen something like this or have any links which can guide me to this, I would be highly thankful to them.

Hope to get my query solved.
Thanks
Vishal

You will have to add the usercontrol to each project you want to use it in.
