Default How can I do this?

Hai friends,

       In many web pages, there is a text area and some text is scrolling up and whenever we move the cursor to the textarea , the scrolling will be stopped. How can I do this in ASP.NET ?

Any suggesitions would be great.

Sounds like a technique implimented through JavaScript..
