Default Over write Web projects

Hello all,
I have a Web Setup/Deployment project that will be distributed to various machines and, with each update, the previous version needs to be overwritten and replaced with the new version.

In the deployment project properties window I have the Replace Previous Version flag set to "True" but when I try to over write the application on a different machine I get the error saying that the application is currently installed and needs to be removed via the control panel, exiting setup.

Problem is, I don't want the user messing with the control panel, I just want them to download the setup file click a few buttons, and go. Any ideas?
