Default Problem in Migrating to higher version

Hi,

I have a web application written in .Net 1.1 version. What are things or problem I may face if I want to migrate to higher version .Net 2.0 ?

I belive there is a wizard in 2.0 that will help to convert, however, you will need to rewrite some code to fully upgrade the app.
