Default Crystal Report and word document conflict

hi,

In my application(Asp.net),I am doing mail-merging in word document. To access Word object I put <identity impersonate="true" />.If I don't use impersonation then I will not be able to access Word object.

Problem which I am facing is of Crystal Report. There are some crystal reports in that project. If I put <identity impersonate="true" /> in web.config then my crystal reports don't work.If I remove that tag they work. But when I remove "identity" tag then word document doesn't work it gives me the error of "Unauthorized access".Please help me.

Reagrds,
Deepti
