Template Column to a Dynamically created DataGrid

hi,

i would like to ask if it is possible to add a template column where i can put any other control to a datagrid that i'm creting Dynamically and not statically in the .aspx file.

the code of the created datagrid is in the aspx.cs

is it possible??? thanks
