Default table casting

i was searching on google and i found this:

this should by >> ((DataRowView)Container.DataItem)["column"] up to 30% faster than this >> DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "column")

is it true, or not?

It is UP TO 30% faster, not 30% faster so that means it could be 0% - 30% faster depending on what you are doing; I never use DataBinder.Eval in my apps, and, moreso this is personal choice then any other reason.
