Datagrid Problem

Hi All

I have one datagrid.I add one string like "1:resulr" in first cell in databound event.when i add another string,it added in first cell and my first cell value added in second cell.

How to maintain First one cell value?

Can you be more precise on what are you willing to do with datagrid or can you paste the code that you are using..?
