Default Refresh error message

Does anyone one know what this means:

Refreshing the project failed. Unable to retrieve folder information from the server.

It appears in a dialog when I open a web app solution I've been working on in VS2K3. Just started appearing, though the solution seems to load OK.

Thanks,

Bob
