I have been trying to send an email with image content attached to the mail message. I need help in this scenario to get it done. Can anyone help?

Are you looking to ATTACH or EMBED the image? Attaching is just a matter of adding the attachment files to the mail message object. Embedding is different, I don't know how to do that.

As far as Embedding images go, the email has to be setup as an HTML email and, as far as i know, you can only use Absolute URLs to the images you wish to place in the body of the email.

In 2.0 you have the ability to use a LinkedResource and physically embed an image into a Mail object.
