Default generates aspx pages dynamically and compile also

Dear Friends,

I have to generates aspx pages dynamically and compile also using asp.net
1.1.The scenario is that using my application providing blog facility for
users.Creating the folder with usedrid and this folder should contain
dynamically generated aspx pages.For each users there would be seperate
folder and files.Kindly help me.
