Resume Uploading And Downloading

Hi Friends,
        I would like to get your help for,uploading and downloading text files(eg:resumes) into database.I am working with c#.net 2.0 and sql server.
         I have successfully done the uploading .But I couldnt do the code for downloading the file stored in tha database.

          Please help me for overcome my problem..Waiting for your reply...
