Crystal Reports

Can anyone help?

Problem: Im using Crystal Reports to generate my reports. And the it works find for everyone execpt one person. They have recently change hard drives and when they click the printer on crystal report, the pop-up Internet explorer is blank. Everybody else in the department works find.
