Default Download files from FTP

I want to develop a UI in Asp.net 1.0 using visual studio 2003,
to download all the files from a directory on a FTP site, by just a click of a button.

Could anyone help.
I have searched the net and there are third party components that i need to buy.

Can anyone advice the best and free method.

Thanks
DB

Can't u use the "FtpWebRequest" from System.Net ?

Please let me know you have done it....

I haven't tested it...

It may be possible that in ASP.net application permission is not given to access the socket .... then it is not possible.

Please let me know the result
