Hi
Is it possible to display text box that has TextMode set to MultiLine and Rows to 5 for example and not to show vertical scroll bar

In ASP.NET, you need to override the TextBox's style:

tbTextBox.Style["overflow"] = "hidden";

Side effect: possible to write over the limit (5 rows), and the scroll bar is still not shown.
