Default File permissions windows 2000

I have a .NET(C#)web page running in windows 2000 server from that Iam creating one excel sheet and uploading to a folder.Iam able to do this from the development server but when am trying to access the webpage from other servers It is throwing an error like "aceesss denied".Can any body advice me what all kind of permissions/Access I have to set and to which user?.There is no user like "ASPNET" in the server as in Windows XP.
