Cannot get test web service to run

Cannot get test web service to run

I'm using MS Visual Studio .NET 2003. I tried to run the Fibonacci web service sample from the book. I get the page to come up showing me what operations are supported in the web service. I click on the GetSeqNumber and then enter 6 and click Invoke. It brings up a new IE window that displays the error page: The page cannot be found.

What am I doing wrong?
