Default Problem calling VB 6.0 dll in ASP.net page

I installed a proxy dll on my machine. It was created using VB 6.0

When I call a function SayHello() of class clsDll4, it fails. Says "QueryInterface for interface CMDll._clsDll4 failed".

Any ideas why I am getting this? Please help to resolve. Thanks in advance.
