searching for " Configuration your Environment"

Please,guid me to download this topic"Configuration your Environment
Variables ", tow days ago ,I tried to find this topic ,but I did not find it.
Because of this interrupting ,I skipped many topics which need this configuration,
"csc.exe" does not execute in my computer,please if any one can help me ,please go ahead.
