Default ASP.NET What??

I don't come from a traditional programming background. I use asp classic to do what I need to do. My question is what Beginning asp.net book is for me the one for VB or C++. My bibles are Beginning ASP.3.0 and Beginning ASP Databases. These are great books! Are the .net books as good?

Thanks You
Rich

If you use ASP- using VBSCRIPT, you would likely be most comfortable moving to ASP.NET using VB.NET.

There is a Beginning ASP.NET 1.1 with VB.NET book availible from Wrox. There is also a C# version. There is no C++ version of the book.

Thanks! I'll get that one. I guess the fact I asked about C++ is another good hint I should get the VB book.

Thanks!
Rich
