Default email thru asp.net


In my application i m storing users resume(in doc format),name,email in access database.There is job section in which user can view the jobs. when he clicks on apply now for any job...i want his deatils including his resume to be send to company email id..say [email protected]
How can i achieve it...
Note that his resume is in database in doc form..
