Most likely this is caused by a Web site running "out of process"
Go into IIS, locale your site, and check the Home Directory tab. There should an item called "Application Protection". When at least one of your sites is set to any other option than Low or Medium, you have an out-of-process site that uses the IWAM account instead of the (more familiar) ISUR account.
Cheers,
Imar

It's partly in one of my previous posts....
To open the IIS manager, open Administrative Tools, then Internet Information Services. From there, expand the tree on the left and follow the steps I listed earlier...
Cheers,
Imar
