Can't connect to sample database

Can't connect to sample database

I'm trying to follow sample code, but unable to open sample grocertogo database.... even in ms access xp.

I'm pretty sure this is a version problem, but not sure of the best way to fix.

Web server is windows 2000 server with .Net SDK package.

Any ideas?
