Default Strange behaviour : IDE

Hi All..

I dont know if this is the right forum to address
this issue. I need help urgently.

I have started getting this problem recently.
On switching between design view and html view,
some junk characters are inserted automatically
between </head> & </body>. Sometimes it inserts
and sometimes it doesnt!

Has anyone faced this problem? Any idea why
this happens?

Regards,
Spacy.

What kind of junk characters?

The designer likes to mess with the HTML. I stay away from the designer as much as I can.

That is indeed strange. Might there be an environment configuration that could be response? Like languages installed (non-Latin character sets) that might result in strange chars?

Non-Latin characters sets are not installed. Could it be
a virus? I tried google but didnt find any info.
