Can you please let us know how to resize an image say if the original is 50*50 in width and height and I want it to of the size 127*140 without the image's resolution disturbed,

Look at the System.Drawing.Image class for methods that do resizing.

One thing you will want to note is that if this is a raster image you are going to have a difficult time increasing the size by too much without distorting the image. That is just the nature of these images.
