I wanted to download an applet from this link

when I tried that it didn't let me and informed
"you are from an embargoed country"
also when I want to download from java.sun.com such messages are comming
can someone tell me how to download that applet?

Based on that error it would seem that it is illegal for you to download/have/use that applet.
