Default Multilanguage Support Err

Hi,

I'm working on Multilanguage Support project in ASP.NET with VB.NET with WIN 2000 OS. I know that Win XP support different INDIC. But WIN 200 support only 4 INDIC languages. I want to know how can i use WIN XP DLL in WIN 2000, means is it any way to register or any other way to use WIN XP DLL in WIN 2000. So that i can have languages support of other than Hindi,Tamil,Sanskrit and Marathi in WIN 2000.

I tried to replace USP10.dll(Windows 2000 Pro.) with USP10.dll (of OS XP Prof.), but some how i could not found any solution.

I can't understand what to do.
